No information is sold or shared with any other parties beyond what is necessary to conduct the business transactions desired by the parties and all online forms are secured with data encryption for all transmissions. All data storage on a secure server with sensitive data encrypted or stored offline. All financial and banking data stored offline. Generally, we do not request any personal information other than contact information that is given voluntarily to facilitate communication.

AGC operates in transactions involving a variety of petroleum products, fuels, agricultural products, mining products, heavy equipment, and other items. Transactions often involve parties in more than one country or jurisdiction. Any information we acquire will be used only for AGC business purposes with continuous regard for all parties’ confidentiality rights.
